Items are not syncing correctly between Shopify and Square
Inventory is up to date in shopify, but information is not syncing correctly between shopify and square. Square says we're out of an item because it doesn't read the shopify numbers. But SKU Harmony says its all in sync. I would appreciate your help on this. Also I'm not sure how to manually run a sync anymore with the new website update. Images attatched. Left image = Shopify quanity for the "Blue Rope Hat". Inventory is 301. Middle image = SKU Harmony stating inventory is synced at -5 items. Right image = Square inventory also showing -5. The Shopify Inventory count of 301 is the correct amount because of a resent restock. Thank you.Guest
